Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef short ribs
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp of fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp of fresh mint, chopped

  • 2 tbsp of gochujang (Korean chili paste)

Instructions:
