Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef short ribs
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp of fresh mint, chopped
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp of gochujang (Korean chili paste)
Instructions:
