Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, chopped mint, ground cumin, paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and add them to the bowl.
  3. Toss the chicken with the marinade until it’s evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Thread the chicken strips onto skewers and discard the remaining marinade.
  7. Grill the chicken skewers for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until they’re cooked through and charred on the outside.
