Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the sirloin steak cubes to the bowl, and toss to coat the meat evenly with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours) to allow the flavors to develop.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated sirloin steak cubes, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, yellow onion, and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers in any order you prefer.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
