Garlic and Herb Grilled Chicken Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes

  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  3. When ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
  4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, occasionally flipping, until the chicken is cooked through and the edges are lightly charred.
