Garlic and Herb Marinated Grilled Portobello Mushroom Burgers

  • 4 large portobello mushroom caps
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)
  • 4 burger buns
