Ingredients:

  • 6 large portobello mushrooms, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz crumbled goat cheese

Instructions:
