Garlic and Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the halved Brussels sprouts, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast the Brussels sprouts in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until they’re tender and browned.
  5. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and sprinkle them with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  7. Serve the garlic and Parmesan roasted Brussels sprouts hot.
