Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches of hakurei turnips, trimmed and halved
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Honey balsamic glaze ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the garlic, thyme, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the hakurei turnips to the bowl and toss to coat well.
