Ingredients:

  • 1 head of green cabbage
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges and remove the core.

  7. Roast the cabbage in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and lightly browned.
  8. Remove the cabbage from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
