Ingredients:

  • 1 head of green cabbage
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges and remove the core.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
  4. Brush the garlic and herb mixture over the cabbage wedges, making sure to coat both sides.
  5. Season the cabbage with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Place the cabbage wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Roast the cabbage in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and lightly browned.
  8. Remove the cabbage from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
