Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
