  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  2. Pat dry the tofu with a paper towel, and then place the slices in a shallow dish.

  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the tofu from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
  5. Place the tofu slices on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and the tofu is heated through.
  6. Remove the tofu from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
