Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of dried coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of dried cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, dried coriander, dried cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. To give the chicken a delicious flavor, take some large resealable plastic bags and put the chicken breasts in them. Pour the marinade over top of them and seal up tight so that all pieces are evenly covered. Then massage it gently to ensure each breast is completely coated with marinade for maximum delectability!
  3. Marinate the chicken in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Take out the chicken from its marinade and discard whatever is left.
  6. Cook the chicken on the grill for 6-7 minutes per side, until it is fully cooked and there is no longer a hint of pink in its middle.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it.
