Garlic and Herb Grilled Peruvian Pollo a la Brasa Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Peruvian green sauce instructions:

  1. In a food processor, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro, parsley, jalapeno pepper, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pulse until smooth and well-combined.
  3. Serve the Peruvian green sauce with the grilled chicken skewers.
