Garlic and Herb Grilled Mahi-Mahi

Ingredients:

  • 4 Mahi-Mahi fillets
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

  5. Cook the fillets for 4-5 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and have grill marks on both sides.
