Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
- Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- When ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
