  2. Rinse the scallops under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  4. In another bowl, mix together the dry white wine and olive oil.
  5. Place the scallops in a single layer in a baking dish.
  6. Drizzle the wine and olive oil mixture over the scallops.

  8. In a separate bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Sprinkle the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture over the scallops.
