Ingredients:

  • 4 Mahi-Mahi fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
