Garlic and Herb Baked Lemon Herb Tilapia

This absolutely delicious dinner is an easy and excellent selection for people who want both health and taste. The tilapia fillets are spiced with garlic and herbs, and then cooked to perfection alongside moist lemon slices and fresh aromatic herbs. Ingredients:

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
