Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes

  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. of dried oregano
