Garlic Butter Steak Bites

These garlic butter steak bites serve as an excellent appetizer for any event, be it a celebration or a casual get together with friends.   • 1 pound of sirloin steak, cut into small cubes
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped



  1. Generously season the steak cubes with a pinch of salt and pepper for maximum flavor.
  2. Place a large skillet on the stove over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
