Garlic and Herb Roasted Corn

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of corn, shucked and cleaned
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Carefully remove the corn kernels from the cob and transfer them to a large bowl.
  3. Combine the minced garlic, olive oil, chopped thyme and rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix together until all the ingredients are evenly distributed to create an exquisite flavor-filled coating for your corn.
  4. Carefully move the seasoned corn onto a baking sheet that is covered in either parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  5. Roast the corn in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is golden brown and slightly charred.
