Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to an even thickness
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh lemongrass
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh Thai basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
