Ingredients:

  • 1 block of halloumi cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.

  3. Cut the halloumi cheese into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
