Garlic and Herb Roasted Cauliflower

Enhance your dining experience with this dish of cauliflower infused with roasted garlic and herbs! Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cauliflower florets, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes, or until it is tender and golden brown on the edges.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
